Shipping Policy

At Dep Kings, we take pride in providing high-quality THCA products and want every aspect of your experience with us to be exceptional. That includes keeping you informed about our shipping practices and policies.

Order Processing

  • Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 2 business days, although we strive to process and ship orders the same day they are received.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, we will send you another email with tracking information. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.


Order Changes

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@depkings.com immediately. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make any changes, including updates to your shipping address.

While we are committed to resolving any issues that arise, Dep Kings is not responsible for errors not reported before shipping, such as incorrect addresses or order details. Please double-check all order information before submitting.


Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship through trusted carriers such UPS. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your chosen shipping method.

Note: Orders shipped via UPS may require an adult signature upon delivery.


Delivery Times

The average delivery time is 1 to 2 business days from the shipping date for wholesale orders and 3-5 business days for shop orders. However, we ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days before contacting us with any questions.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer to arrive, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

For tracking updates, you can use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to view real-time updates directly through the UPS website. 


Carrier Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Dep Kings is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Please note that expedited shipping may take longer than expected due to external factors like weather conditions or carrier backlogs. Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries caused by carriers.


Shipping Insurance

If you purchase shipping insurance, you will receive real-time tracking updates via email and text (if applicable). For insured packages, claims for lost or stolen packages will be addressed according to the carrier's policies and timelines.
