Dep Kings offers legal THCA products sourced from licensed, reputable farms, with COA's provided. All products comply with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill, defining "industrial hemp" as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and its derivatives containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Any product that does not meet these federal requirements is shipped from states where it is legal under local and state laws.

In compliance with state-specific regulations, our products are strictly intended for responsible adult use. Dep Kings takes pride in maintaining rigorous sourcing, distribution, and quality standards to ensure safety and compliance.

Product Appearance

While we aim to provide accurate depictions of our products through photos and descriptions, natural variations occur due to environmental factors like soil, climate, and product age. Images displayed on our website may not perfectly reflect the appearance of the actual product due to lighting conditions or screen calibration. Dep Kings cannot guarantee product color, texture, or visual match based on website images.

Shipping

Dep Kings ships exclusively through trusted carriers like UPS. While we ship to U.S. states where THCA is legal, it is your responsibility to verify that our products are legal in your jurisdiction. Dep Kings is not liable for orders lost, stolen, delayed, or seized during transit.

  • Processing Time: Orders require up to 2 full business days to process, Monday through Friday.
  • Delivery Time: Average delivery ranges from 1–2 business days. Please allow a minimum of 4 business days before contacting customer service with delivery questions.
  • Shipping Errors: Any errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Unreported errors within this timeframe will not be eligible for resolution.

Order Issues

If your package does not arrive within 5 business days, contact our customer service team at info@depkings.com. For packages reported missing, a 5-day waiting period is required before initiating refund or replacement steps.

For purchases over $750, a police report is required to address claims of lost or stolen packages. Dep Kings reserves the right to file a police report in cases of suspected fraud for high-value transactions.

Returns

All sales are final due to the nature of our products. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. If an error occurs in your order or a product is defective, please contact info@depkings.com with photos and a detailed explanation. Returns may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Disclosure

Dep Kings products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before using any new supplement or product, particularly if pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
